Last week was a little bit crazy in more than one way. On Sunday afternoon, Charlotta and Petter came over and we headed out into the countryside, drove through Farnham and ended up at Guildford. The weather was fantastic, around 28º and we ended up at an Italian restaurant in Guildford, which was fairly decent.
The day after things started on a more serious note with a double quarterly review of both the Czech and the Scandinavian business, the teams did exceptionally well, now with Charlotte on the other side of the table asking most of the tough questions, which was interesting experience
At the end of the day we decided to go to Longbridge Mill, an old restaurant which has a built-in working water mill. We had stopped by here after the trip to Cotswolds to have a bite and we liked it so much that we decided to come back. The place comes highly recommended if you are around.
The team was in good spirit and we had plenty of laughs with Peter telling one story after another like usual …
